This prenatal workout is a water aerobics course suitable for pregnant women allowing them to prepare their muscles for baby delivery. This program was invented in California in the 1980s; it employs the resistance of water to maximize movements efficiency. The workout is practiced in a gentle manner, in the shallow section of the water.
