Junior Swimming course is designed for children 5 years old and older who have already taken swimming classes and who possess basic swimming skills. This course allows young people gaining more advanced competitive swimming skills and survival techniques.
In fact, if your children have special swimming skills and have completed the junior level 10, you have the option to enroll them in the “water safety instructor” course by Red Cross. This course will get them acquainted with water safety techniques and will help them gain more confidence in themselves.
Aquatic activities and exercises help to maintain a good physical condition, improve physical endurance and nourish the feeling of achievement in youngsters.

Be at least 5 years old and have passed the techniques of the Junior 4 level of Red Cross Swimming. Swim 25 meters, know the crawl and back crawl.
Be at least 5 years old and have passed the techniques of the Junior 5 level of Red Cross Swimming. Swim 25 meters, know the crawl, back crawl and whip kick on the back.

Saturday: 1:05 p.m. – 1:55 p.m.
