This postnatal indoors fitness course is perfect for new moms to get back in shape after childbirth, along with their babies. It includes a series of warm-ups, moderate cardio workout, muscles stretching and strength exercises. Babies are involved in their moms workouts helping them with physical resistance during fitness and aerobics exercises.
