Invented by German Joseph Pilates in the 1920s, the Pilates program is designed for people wishing to sculpt their bodies without applying superhuman efforts. This method works out very softly and requires no abrupt movements. Focused on breathing and concentration, Pilates is also beneficial for the mind. The course can be modified in intensity depending on the needs and level of practitioners.
